Nike Manchester Is it just me, or are the Adidas Soccer jerseys, at least Size Medium, always run a bit big or baggy?
i have a decent amount of adidas (german national team's[4 or 5], bayern munich) and nike (celtic and manchester utd) jerseys, and i find that the adidas ones that are a medium could actually be a large or run bigger than regular mediums, whereas the smalls are fine and fit the way a small should?
i dont really like adidas everything they own is baggy and big, i bought indoor soccer shoes and thr so fat its not even funny lol

I am a football player. And right now i am outside a lot working on my quickness doing a lot of ladder, cone, and hurdle drills. And i was wondering what shoes i should wear either just plane flats or cleats? Because i see alot of the commercials on tv of people working out and i always see them with flats. So can anyone please tell me what the best thing to wear is.
personally, when i am working out in grass or turf, i like to wear cleats for better traction. but when i am running on a track or i am inside working out (weight lifting usually) i like to wear flats. it's really up to you, though. i think cleats make a big difference outside because that is what you will be wearing during football season, so it is always good to get used to wearing them again.
