Are Pypes Electric Exhaust Cutout Kit street legal for use in New Jersey?
Im thinking of buying a Pypes Electric Exhaust Cutout Kit for my 2008 mustang but wondered if its street legal in my area because i don't feel like having to take it off when its time for inspection.

Cutouts aren't legal in most states. Usually people put them on with flanges and slip in a test pipe come emissions time.
BTW...bypassing the cat on a mustang will make it sound like liquified poop. You'll get probably 5hp and void the warranty on your emissions components. Epic fail if you do it.
