Is a soft black sparkle eyeliner better than a basic black one?
I use black eyeliner now, and I was wondering if using a soft black (LOW sparkle, not too much so its overkill) liner would look pretty. I put on a normal amount of liner so, what do ya think? I have blue/gray/green eyes black lashes, fair, and light brown/reddish hair. Oh, and I am 15.
you should try a charcoal eyeliner.
it creates more of a shadow instead of a line.
